For field reps · Card and badge capture

Snap the card. It's in HubSpot.

Scan a card or a badge at the show. The contact lands in HubSpot, matched against what is already there, with your note attached.

Free to start, no credit card. Capture works on its own; HubSpot sync is on Solo Pro, $39/mo.

Synced

It finds the contact already there.

Every field is yours to edit before you save, and the card is finished before you put your phone away. When the person already exists in your portal, Athel writes to that record instead of making a second one.

  • Card scanned — name, title, company, email, phone extracted
  • You edit anything that came through wrong
  • Contact created in HubSpot, tagged to the event
  • Existing record matched by email — no duplicate

Debrief

The note comes with it.

Talk for thirty seconds after they walk away and your words are written up as a note on the contact. It reaches HubSpot with the contact, not three weeks later in a spreadsheet.

  • You talk; the write-up appears on the contact
  • Note lands in HubSpot beside the contact details
  • Wrap-up review before you leave the venue

Follow-ups

The follow-up is already written.

Commitments you made out loud become follow-ups with due dates. The email is drafted from what you captured — yours to edit and send.

  • Follow-ups created from the debrief, with due dates
  • Overdue and Today buckets on your phone
  • Draft email waiting, built from your own note
  • Nothing sends on its own — you press send

Your questions, answered

Do I need HubSpot for this to be useful?

No. Athel captures cards, badges, and voice notes on its own, and every plan exports to CSV. HubSpot sync is one thing it can do with what you capture, not the reason it works. Free has no CRM sync at all.

Will this fill my portal with duplicate contacts?

Athel matches on email before it creates anything. If the person is already in your portal, the capture is written to that record. Imports run the other way — pulling HubSpot contacts in to work an event — and are always explicit.

Which plans include HubSpot sync?

Solo Pro at $39/mo, Team at $87/mo for three seats, and the $279 one-time Event Pack. Free covers capture, transcription, and export without sync. See pricing for what each plan includes.

What do I actually do at the booth?

You scan cards, record voice notes, and work your follow-ups — that is the home screen. Connecting HubSpot is one step in settings and you can do it whenever you want; capture works before you connect anything.

Can I get my data back out?

CSV export is on every plan, including Free. Athel keeps working with HubSpot disconnected, and disconnecting does not remove what you have already captured. Nothing is stranded if you stop.
