Booth Mode

The stand captures while your team talks.

Attendees scan the QR on your booth screen and enter a draw from their phone. Every entrant is a contact, tagged to the event, that day.

The lead list

Own the lead list, same day.

The usual version is a bowl of business cards and a pile of notes someone types up on Monday. Here, submitting the entry form saves the contact — nobody at the stand types anything in.

  • Every entry saved as a contact — name, company, email, the moment they submit
  • Tagged to the event — beside your reps' card scans and debriefs
  • Nothing for the rep to do — the kiosk runs unattended all day
  • Works on its own — HubSpot sync if you use it, CSV export any time

Event day

Set it up before the doors open, then it runs itself

01

Put the screen up

Open the booth screen — the kiosk link — fullscreen on whatever's at your stand. Pick a theme, add prizes, set the draw schedule.

02

They scan, they enter

The QR opens the entry form in the attendee's phone browser. Name, company, email — no app, no badge scanner.

03

Draws run themselves

Winners are drawn on the schedule you set and announced on the kiosk screen — while you stay in the conversation.

After the show

Read what the booth produced.

Booth entrants land in the same event as everything your reps captured. The per-event Reports count them together.

  • Live during the show — scans, unique visitors, and entries on the booth's stats
  • Counted in per-event Reports — entrants beside the reps' scans and debriefs
  • Every show, the same kiosk — each booth belongs to its own event
  • Leads and winners listed — exportable to CSV before you pack down

Qualified on entry

Know who's worth the follow-up.

Your own questions go on the entry form, and each answer earns an extra entry in the draw. The results show live on the booth screen.

  • Your questions on the entry form — firmographics, use case, whatever you'd ask in the aisle
  • Answers earn extra entries — each question answered improves their odds
  • A poll on the kiosk screen — pick a question, results update live as people enter
  • Draws fire on schedule — winners are emailed to claim at your stand

The money

Team is $87 a month for three seats and $29 for each extra one, with Booth Mode and per-event Reports on every seat. The Event Pack is one seat for 60 days — booth, capture, transcription, follow-up drafts — after which the account goes read-only and your contacts stay exportable. Rental figures are organiser exhibitor-services rates.
